The best in town is most likely Zia Record Exchange on West Sahara which has a large selection of used and new cd's as well as dvds with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. This store often has live performances and signings as well as a large selection with good prices.

Smoke For Less Downtown

Yes smoking is bad for you but a lot of people still do especially in Las Vegas. If you are a smoker there is a discount smoke shop in downtown Las Vegas run by the Paiute Tribe of indians near the Fremont Street Experiance and is open 7 days a week and has a drive through window.
