Coco Getting Good Reviews In Peepshow

Coco Austin is getting good reviews for her performance as Bo Peep in Planet Hollywood's sexy revue show 'Peepshow.' After fan favorite Holly Madison left there were rumors that the show might close as she  had became such a fan favorite and big part of the show. We must admit that we didn't know a lot about Coco before this other than she is married to Ice T and stars with him in a reality show called 'Ice Loves Coco.' We wouldn't be surprised if her run as Bo Peep is extended even though she is on stage only about a third of the time having her as the face of the show seems to be selling tickets.

BurGR Gordon Ramsey At Planet Hollywood

The above video shows a preview of the BurGR Gordon Ramsey the burger restaurant from the often angry television celebrity chef that opens December 22nd at Planet Hollywood. The video shows renderings of the new restaurant as well as previewing some of the food which we must say made us hungry looking at it. The new restaurant is opening just inside Planet Hollywood from the Strip next to the Extra lounge the Total Rewards club that was in that area has been relocated next to P.F. Changs. The burgers at BurGR Gordon Ramsey are going to be cooked over an open flame using hardwoods for the fuel. The burgers will be made with three different types of meat with Devonshire cream cooked in to the meat. Along with the burgers will be hand cut fries that have been cooked three times to make sure they are really crispy and new takes on the traditional shakes; Other food included are items such as hand made jalapeno poppers, fried chicken sliders and a sticky toffee pudding. This new restaurant should do well as his existing restaurant the Gordon Ramsey Steak at Planet Hollywood has been doing well and getting good reviews. The third restaurant is the Gordon Ramsey Pub & Grill which is the chefs take on English pub food but taken upscale, the Gastro Pub as its called in England is due to open mid December at Caesar’s Palace.

MMA Heading To Planet Hollywood

The UFC mixed martial arts live events have been popular in Las Vegas for several years with events at Mandalay Bay and the MGM and now news the MMA and the World Series of Fighting is heading to Las Vegas. A series of events is due to be held at Planet Hollywood beginning on November 3^rd in the Planet Live Theater with tickets starting at $19.99. The MMA also recently signed a deal with NBC which is building up its NBC Sports Network so the events should get some good coverage. The first event is due to be broadcast on the NBC Sports Network on November 3^rd at 7:30pm pacific time if you cannot be in Las Vegas to watch in person.

Holly Madison's Replacement Named

The talk over the last few weeks has been who would replace Holly Madison as the headliner in 'Peepshow' the sexy striptease show at Planet Hollywood. The replacement for Holly who is leaving October 21st has been announced and its reality star as well as actress Coco Austin who is married to actor and rapper Ice T. Coco has also gotten a lot of attention for posting sexy pictures to Twitter and she will take over the role of Bo Peep starting December 3rd through at least the spring. Its good to see the show continue after Holly had became so closely tied to the show and although the story for the show weak its still a fun sexy show.

Westgate Tower Becomes Elara

As we reported back in March the 1.201 room former Westgate Tower at Planet Hollywood was going to be taken over by Hilton Grand Vacations and renamed. The question at the time was what was the name going to be on the side of the building of this 52 floor time share tower; The name was going to be called Elara a Hilton Grand Vacations Property which is what the property is called but thankfully they didn't put the full name on the building although Hilton Grand Vactions is on the building and is long enough. If Las Vegas sign makers get paid by the letter hopefully this makes up for some of the recent hotel names such as M, the D and LVH.

Holly To Leave Before End Of Year

Holly Madison originally announced that she was leaving ‘Peepshow’ at Planet Hollywood at the end of the year with the last show set for December 30^th; then came the news that she is pregnant and now has announced her last show with her as Bo Peep will be October 21^st. Because of the popularity of Holly and the limited shows left before she leaves the tickets for the show should sell well. So far we have no announcement over who will replace Holly either on a temporary basis or more permanently but our money is on Carmen Electra at least stepping in to the role for a while.

Who Will Replace Holly?

Holly in Peepshow billboardThe big news in the Las Vegas media scene lately seems to be who will replace Holly Madison as Bo Peep in ‘Peepshow’ at Planet Hollywood. Holly Madison has been the public face of the show for the last four years but recently she announced that she is twelve weeks pregnant this was after she announced that she was leaving ‘Peepshow’ at the end of the year.  Here at Las Vegas Inside Out we are huge fans of Holly who became part of the Las Vegas scene and became an unofficial good will ambassador for Las Vegas with her many appearances across town. The show ran before Holly became part of the cast but over time she became such a big face of the show that it was speculated that the show might close when she left but it looks like the sexy revue show will go on with a new person in the role of Bo Peep. Names thrown out recently for the role have included Jenny Mc Carthy and Carmen Electra among others and maybe with both doing limited runs or even alternating performances. The most likely replacement full time if they decide to go that route is Carmen Electra who has danced in the past at ‘Crazy Horse Paris’ a similar show at the MGM which as we previously reported is closing October 1^st. I’m sure a replacement to Holly will be announced soon but there is also a good chance that Holly could reappear in the Las Vegas scene in the future as she seems to enjoy Las Vegas a lot.

Say It Ain't So No Holly

Here at Las Vegas Inside Out we are big fans of Holly Madison the unofficial Las Vegas good will ambassador who plays the lead of Bo Peep in "Planet Hollywood's" sexy show called Peepshow. Now comes the news that after three and a half years in the show will be leaving at the end of the year with her last performance set for December 30th. I have flown on the same flight from Las Vegas as Holly Madison a couple of times and she is always greatious to her fans. Hopefully Holly will stay on the Las Vegas scene after she takes some time off, we will have to wait and see. Below is here official statement announcing her leaving the show.

Miss USA At “Planet Hollywood”

This weekend the Miss USA pageant is broadcasting live from “Planet Hollywood” on Sunday night when Miss USA 2011 Alyssa Campanella will crowd the new Queen. The contestants from all fifty states and the District of Columbia will be judged in three categories of swimsuit, evening gown and the always interesting interview segment.
