Using bluffing in this way is an advanced technique and it is usually better to simply play conservatively and hope that you are holding the winning hand.
A high-ranking hand consists of either a straight or a flush. A straight consists of five consecutive cards of the same suit, while a flush consists of three matching cards of one rank and two unmatched side cards.
